CONNECT TABLE

OVERVIEW

-You are the Hub of information at Freshwater!

-You are to greet and welcome everyone that walks by the Connect Table.

-Your goal is to connect and help new guest feel informed and welcomed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Greet all first-time guests warmly and make them feel welcome.

-Offer each guest a t-shirt as a gift from the church.

-Have guests fill out a connect card.

-Provide guests with information about the church's programs, services, and events.

-Answer guest questions and concerns as needed.

-Maintain an organized and clean welcome center area.

-Provide a warm and hospitable atmosphere that reflects the values and mission of the church.

-Arrive at the church 30 minutes prior to the service time. And then go back to the Connect Table after service to connect with new guests. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • -A friendly and outgoing personality with good communication skills.

  • -A passion for serving others and sharing the love of Christ with guests.

  • -Ability to work well in a team environment.

  • -Ability to multitask and handle multiple guest inquiries at once.
  • Familiarity with the church's mission and values.

   -Attend periodic training sessions.
